Our Story
Deep Tech was born in September 2016 on a Sunday afternoon at Old Engine 12 on North Capitol Street in Washington, DC. Deep Tech and House Brunch was fueled by a shared vision among a passionate collective of music entrepreneurs, DJs, producers, and event promoters. We wanted to create a dedicated space for the deeper, underground sounds of electronic music in the nation's capital. From those daytime brunch beginnings, we have grown into a dynamic movement and a staple of the DC dance music scene.
